Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said plans to cause a 'strategic failure' for Russia are doomed to fail and that responsibility for the escalation lies with those launching new military adventures against Russia. She added that all objectives set within the framework of the special operation will be achieved.
